If Mohair is too itchy for you, try this! Yak in the yarn makes all the colors look little heathered and muted. Very next to skin soft. All the colors are dyed in our home basement studio in small batches. Hand dyed yarn may have some more intensive colour spots.
Yarns come from a supplier from Great Britain that doesn't use Australian merino wools. This yarn is made of mulesing free non-superwash merino from South America. The wool meets Öko-Tex standards. Silk comes from China and yak comes from Tibet and Mongolia. Alpaca comes from the Peruvian Andes from smaller farmers whose way of life is their animals.
