Wool Me Once Fibers (Business ID 2927910-5, Oivuntie 136, 67500 Kokkola, Finland, firstname.lastname@example.org) sells products to companies and adult individuals. Product prices include VAT. Prices and shipping are subject to change.
We try to provide as accurate photographs as possible from the colorways. The colors in the photographs change depending on the device or screen on which the photographs is viewed. Also ambient lightning has a drastic effect on what the colors look like. All yarn is hand dyed, and thus every skein is a bit different.
The products are ordered on the webshop website by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart by bank transfer, PayPal or other available payment methods. All customer information is treated confidentially. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the contact information requested in connection with an order is not used for purposes other than the delivery or clarification of the order. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and be bound by the applicable terms and conditions.

Payment methods are bankwire, paypal or other available method.
Payment and shipping methods
You will see the shipping cost of your order on the shipping and payment method selection page after selecting a payment and shipping method. We deliver orders by registered mail (eg postal parcels) or by unregistered delivery, from which registered shipments can be tracked with a shipment ID.
The delivery options are: Posti, matkahuolto or other available shipping methods. We can also use a shipping method which has been agreed upon with the customer.
Customs fees and duties
All international customers are responsible for their country's customs fees and duties. Customs forms are filled out in accordance with Finnish and international law to reflect the value and contents of the parcel. The buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees etc. required by the country for importing consumer goods. These fees are not collected beforehand and we cannot give an estimate because these fees vary greatly around the world. It is recommended that the customer research these fees beforehand so there's no surprise charges when clearing the parcel through customs.
If the parcel doesn't clear customs and is returned to us, you will not receive a refund for shipment and return costs. Also if the parcel cannot be delivered because of customs policy and therefore returned, we will not refund the shipping and return costs of the parcel.
Our most common delivery times in Finland are 3-7 days depending on the order and delivery method. For more specific times, please refer to product options. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damage caused by delays. Anomalous delivery times will be announced on the webshop front page. Delivery times around the world vary greatly depending to where the parcel is ordered.
Right of cancellation and return policy
The consumer has the right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel his order within 14 days of receiving the order. For digital content and services, you may have separately requested a waiver of your right to cancel before the transaction so that the service or digital content can be delivered before the cancellation expires. In the cancellation notice, you must include your name, address, order date, product and email it to email@example.com or by mail to the return address below. The product must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Attach a copy of the cancellation notice to your product return. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to charge for the impairment.
If you wish to return or exchange products after the review period, please contact us directly. When returning your order, please include your name and contact information and your account number for a refund. We will refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice if the product has been returned to the return address.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the product manufactured or modified at the customer's request. The right of cancellation does not apply to sealed goods that have had their seal broken.
Failure to redeem is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For a non-redeemed parcel that has not been individually canceled, we charge a fee of 10 €.
If the product is lost or damaged during shipment or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the defect within 14 days in writing to the address listed in the Cancellation and Return Policy section or by sending an email to the contact email address. If the parcel is damaged on the way in the posession of the carrier, you must immediately file a complaint to the carrier.
